It all started when Bob and I were little kids
His dad yelled at us and it was always frightening.
But looking on back now it s always so enlightening

I get intimidated going to gyms and lifting weights
This monster signs me up
my membership was out of date.
His stern look made me judge him
as someone I d hate.
But I got to know him and friends we are to this date

So now might I try to recommend to you
to tell you to get to know someone
no matter that you may think it s dumb.
You could use a new friend you can have today
so take a chance and you may say that
